The 113 Protection Hotline is a 24/7 year-round service. If you, your family, or friends are experiencing domestic violence, sexual assault, or sexual harassment—or if you are aware of a child, teenager, elderly person, or person with disabilities being subjected to abuse, neglect, or other behaviors that seriously harm their physical or mental well-being—you can call 113 at any time.

When calling, please provide as much detailed information as possible about the people involved, the incident, the time, location, and objects or circumstances. Clearly state the victim’s location, identity-related information, and the specifics of the case, such as the victim's current condition, the cause, timing, and frequency of the incident. This will help the call center staff assess the situation and allow the government to quickly provide the necessary protection and support.
