131 provides free and confidential support by phone. We exist to help people in Aruba who may need emotional support with anxiety, bullying, depression, family, gambling, loneliness, relationships, school & work, stress, and substance use.

When you reach out to us you will talk with one of our friendly and supportive volunteers who will collaborate with you to find solutions while giving you an empathetic and compassionate ear. They have expertise and understanding in how to help people going through difficulties similar to what you are. Anyone can call and receive free support. We exist to help everyone regardless of age, gender, beliefs or ethnicity.
