144 Víctimas de Violencia offers free and confidential support and information by phone and WhatsApp. We help everyone in Argentina who may be struggling or seeking support with abuse and domestic violence, family issues, gender and sexual identity, sexual abuse, and physical illness. When you contact us, you will speak with one of our counsellors, who is experienced in helping people in situations like yours. They will listen to you, unpack your story and feelings, and work with you to help you through your challenges. Anyone can contact us, regardless of their age, gender, ethnicity, or religious beliefs. We recognise that difficult mental health or crisis experiences can happen at any time, so we are available 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
