芷若園24小時危機熱線 (24 Hours Crisis Hotline) is dedicated to providing 24/7 free and confidential support via phone. Operated by TWGHs CEASE Crisis Centre in Hong Kong, we support individuals and families affected by sexual violence, domestic violence, elder or child abuse, and other family-related crises requiring retreat or shelter. Our goal is to help you manage immediate distress, prevent further harm, and connect you with coordinated medical, legal, and psychosocial services. When you contact us, you'll speak with one of our professional and compassionate counsellors, who will listen with empathy and support you in finding a safe and empowering way forward. We aim to minimize re-traumatization and strengthen your resilience. We welcome everyone—regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or gender identity. Our team provides support in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. Crisis doesn't follow a schedule, and neither do we—reach out to us anytime, day or night.

芷若園24小時危機熱線由東華三院芷若園危機介入及支援中心營運，透過電話提供全年無休、全天候的免費及保密支援服務。我們專為面對性暴力、家庭暴力、虐老、虐兒或其他因家庭危機而需庇護或暫避的個人或家庭提供協助。 我們的目標是協助當事人及其家人即時處理情緒困擾，防止問題惡化，並及早聯繫醫療、法律及社會服務等單位，以提供協調和全面的支援。我們致力陪伴性暴力受害人，協助其獲得適切的醫療、法律及心理輔導服務，減少重述創傷經歷的需要，舒緩傷痛，並提升抗逆能力。 我們歡迎所有人士求助，不論年齡、性別、種族、性傾向或性別認同。支援語言包括廣東話、普通話及英語。無論何時，危機可能發生，我們隨時在這裡，陪伴你走過難關。
