和諧之家24小時婦女求助熱線 / Harmony House 24-hour Woman Hotline provides 24/7 free and confidential support by phone. We are here for women in Hong Kong who may be struggling or looking for support with abuse & domestic violence, anxiety, bullying, depression, family, parenting, relationships, and stress. When you reach out to us you will talk with one of our friendly and supportive counselors or volunteers who will collaborate with you to find solutions while giving you an empathetic and compassionate ear. They have expertise and understanding in how to help people going through difficulties similar to what you are. Anyone can contact us, regardless of their age, gender, ethnicity or religious beliefs. We recognise that difficult mental health or crisis experiences can happen at any time, so we are available 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
