We offer assistance to victims of domestic, intimate partner violence and related issues, also assisting the children of these victims. Request Emergency Shelter by calling our 24/7 /365 Crisis Hotline. Servicing Bristol, TN/VA; Washington County, VA; Upper Sullivan County, TN. Emergency shelter is open 24/7/365. Outreach services are available Mon. - Thur. 9-5 and Friday 9-3, Closed Holidays. There is No Charge for services received by victims and their children. The agency also offers presentations to area schools, churches, civic organizations and businesses upon request.
