Al-Anon Helpline offers free and confidential support and information over the phone. We exist to help people in the United Kingdom who may be struggling or looking for support with substance use, supporting a friend or family member.

When you contact us you will talk with one of our trained peers or volunteers who will listen to you with empathy and understanding, and work together with you to find a meaningful way forward. They are experienced in knowing how to help people who have challenges like what you are going through.
