Al-Anon Ireland

Al-Anon is here for anyone affected by someone else’s drinking. Our Helpline is staffed by a team of friendly and helpful volunteers who share their own experience. The volunteers are members of Al-Anon, and not professionals. They will listen and be happy to answer your questions however they are unable to provide medical advice.

When you contact us you will talk with one our friendly and supportive volunteers who have experience in how to help people with similar experiences to your own. They will listen, express empathy and understanding, and assist you to find a way through your situation. We support people of all ethnicities, genders, beliefs and ages. We are here for everyone.
