Bantay Bata Helpline 163 offers free and confidential support online via chat, e-mail and viber, 7 days a week from 7 AM to 7 PM. We are here for Filipino children and their families who may require support with abuse & domestic violence, sexual abuse as well as counseling and inquiries for any child-related concerns.

When you reach out to us, our friendly and supportive counselors will collaborate with you to find solutions while giving you an empathetic and compassionate ear. They have expertise and understanding in how to help people going through difficulties similar to what you are.
