BIG Hotline

BIG Hotline provides free and confidential support and information by phone, with additional email and scheduled online chat sessions. We help women, TIN persons (e.g., trans, intersex and non-binary people), affected children, family members and professionals in Berlin who may be experiencing domestic violence, need safety planning or require immediate practical advice and referrals. When you contact us you will speak with one of our trained counsellors who will listen with empathy, help sort the situation and — where needed — connect you to shelter places and other local supports. The phone line is available 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
