Birmingham Crisis Centre 24 Hour Helpline offers 24/7, free, compassionate and confidential support by phone and text message (SMS). We are here for adults, youth, women, men in Birmingham, England who may require support with abuse & domestic violence.

When you contact us you will talk with one of our trained and supportive volunteers who are experienced in how to help people in your situation. They will listen to you, unpack your story and feelings, and work with you to help you through your challenges. We recognise that difficult mental health or crisis experiences can happen at any time, so we are available 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
