Bodywhys offers free and confidential support and information over the phone. We exist to help everyone in Ireland who may be looking for support with eating & body image, supporting a friend or family member.

When you reach out to us you will talk with one of our friendly and supportive volunteers who will listen to you with empathy and understanding, and work together with you to find a meaningful way forward. They are experienced in knowing how to help people who have challenges like what you are going through. Anyone can contact us, regardless of their age, gender, ethnicity or religious beliefs.
