Suicidal thoughts can occur to all of us and with proper counseling and treatment, you can recover from this problem. Suicide is a common public health problem. Anyone of us may have suicidal thought at anytime of your life when we feel overwhelmed. We have to raise the awareness in public and make the culture of having open communication regarding suicide in the community. Talking about suicide is being wise, asking for help during difficulty is being courageous and being non-judgmental for people having suicidal behavior is being huma.
