Center Against Abuse Hotline

Centre Against Abuse (CAA) helpline provides crisis support for adult victims of intimate partner abuse or sexual assault in Bermuda.
CAA's helpline is private, and the service is confidential and non-judgmental. All our helpline workers have been trained and work under a confidentiality clause. Trained volunteers provide immediate support services to victims to provide them with a way forward when a crisis arises outside of normal business hours or when our office staff are unavailable during the regular working day.
CAA's helpline is on 24/7 and we also have an on-call counsellor should a caller need more than crisis management.
CAA's helpline also assists anyone attached to a victim who needs to understand how they can support a victim.
CAA works closely with the police, Department of Child and Family Services and Ageing and Disability if clients want further support.
