CHC provides free national 24-hour, 7 days a week, confidential counseling, information and referral service for its target group: children, youth, girls, women, men and parents receiving between 1,000 and 3,000 calls/contact and online/social media questions per month.

CHC service places children, youth, girls, women, men and parents at the center of decision-making and empowers them to speak out for themselves in a secure and trustworthy environment.

CHC responds to all issues raised by clients: information about school, reproductive health issues, sexuality, child/early marriage, teenage pregnancy, trafficking, hard labor, online exploitation, abuse, violence etc.
