Childhelp National Child Abuse Hotline offers free and confidential support and information by phone, SMS, and online chat. We exist to help children and youth in the United States who may need emotional support related to abuse, domestic violence, or sexual abuse. When you contact us, you will talk with one of our friendly and supportive counsellors, who will listen to you with empathy and understanding and work together with you to find a meaningful way forward. Anyone can contact us, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, or religious beliefs. We recognise that difficult mental health or crisis experiences can happen at any time, so we are available 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
