Childline Zimbabwe

Childline Zimbabwe is dedicated to championing and enhancing the protection of children across Zimbabwe by offering safe and confidential report and support mechanisms for our clients to report abuse and access help. We work collaboratively with the Government to prevent child abuse, promote child safety and foster a secure environment where every child can flourish. We are a proud member of the Child Helpline International, Keeping Children Safe as well as the Lifeline International.

We operate two Helplines located in Harare and Bulawayo which are available 24 hours a day, year-round. Childline Zimbabwe provides a free and confidential service through the 116 free phone and social media platforms. Our service is the only nationwide helpline service dedicated to children. Our efforts are supported by a team of compassionate and trained Volunteers who offer support in English, Shona, Ndebele, Sotho, Tonga, Kalanga, Venda and Sign languages. Children can access us regardless of religious background, socio-economic circumstances or geographic location.
