Crisis Resolution Malta

Crisis Resolution Malta provides free 24/7 crisis consultation. Callers will receive compassionate and confidential support by telephone. We help everyone in Malta & Gozo, or those who have loved ones living locally, who may need emotional support with anxiety, depression, gambling, self-harm, stress, suicide, trauma & PTSD.

Regardless of what you're experiencing, whether it's a mental health crisis or wellbeing support, we will support you, through an initial free crisis consultation. We specialise in suicide prevention, so if you are having suicidal ideations, or are concerned about someone who may be a victim of self-harm we are here to listen and support you.

When you reach out to us you will talk with one our Multidisciplinary Team of friendly and supportive psychiatrists, psychotherapists, counselors and psychologists, who will listen to you with empathy and understanding, and work together with you to find a meaningful way forward. They are experienced in knowing how to help people who have challenges like the ones which you are going through. Anyone may call and get support. We help everyone, regardless of age, gender, religious views, or nationality. Our helpline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We are always ready to support you.
