Dementia Support Line

If you are affected by dementia, worried about a diagnosis or if you are a carer, trained staff are ready to give you the support you need.

We can offer advice on things such as getting diagnosed, caring strategies, how to access social care, remaining independent for as long as possible, making a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) amongst many other things.

We can also signpost to organisations who can provide legal and financial advice, for things such as benefits and grants.
