澳門明愛－生命熱線 Caritas Macau - Lifehope Hotline is dedicated to providing free and confidential support and information over phone, SMS and WhatsApp. We help everyone in Macao who may be looking for support with abuse & domestic violence, anxiety, bullying, Dementia & Alzheimer's, depression, eating & body image, family issues, gambling, gender & sexual identity, grief & loss, loneliness, parenting, pregnancy & abortion, relationships, school or work problems, self-harm, sexual abuse, stress, substance use, suicide, supporting a friend or family member, physical illness, trauma & PTSD.

Our free support is provided for all mental health issues, whether you're in crisis or need someone to talk to. You can contact us about anything that you're going through. As part of our commitment to preventing suicide, we are available to help you if you are considering suicide or harming yourself, or if you are noticing warning signs in a friend or family member.

When you reach out to us, you will talk with one of our friendly and supportive counsellors or volunteers who will listen to you with empathy and understanding, and work together to find a meaningful way forward. They are experienced in helping people with challenges like what you are going through. We support people of all ethnicities, genders, beliefs and ages. We are here for everyone, for free.
