Das bundesweite Angebot ist rund um die Uhr und an 365 Tagen im Jahr erreichbar und richtet sich an gewaltbetroffene Frauen, Personen aus ihrem sozialen Umfeld sowie an Fachkräfte. Bei Bedarf kann die Beratung in 18 Fremdsprachen sowie in Deutscher Gebärdensprache und in Leichter Sprache erfolgen.
