Our trained specialists offer compassionate listening, psychological assistance, and guidance on safety planning, as well as referrals to legal, medical, and social services. The hotline ensures that every caller is treated with dignity and respect, creating a safe space to share experiences and receive timely help. By offering consistent and reliable support, the hotline empowers survivors to make informed decisions and take steps toward safety and recovery. Consultations are provided in Kyrgyz and Russian languages.
