About iCALL's CHAMPS Helpline

CHAMPS Helpline was launched with the aim to provide professional counselling support to children, adolescents and caregivers working with them. The service was launched with the support from UNICEF.

The services are offered by trained professionals for various issues like academic pressure, relationship issues, emotional distress, violence, grief, suicidal ideation and etc. The helpline provides services to callers in the form of emotional support, therapeutic counselling and references whenever needed.

The service is available between 10 am to 6 pm IST from Monday to Saturday. Callers can reach us whenever there is distress and they need support. The services are available in English, Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Bengali. Callers can call the helpline number 1800-2222-11 and seek their support. The helpline number is toll-free. Thus, no charges for the counselling service or for the telephone services.
