Kafa Helpline

Kafa Helpline provides 24/7 free and confidential support and information by phone. KAFA provides support for women survivors of gender-based violence, as well as children who are witnesses to violence or survivors of sexual abuse. When you call 03-018019 you will speak with one of our trained operator-counsellors who will listen with empathy, help you unpack your situation, and work with you to find safe, practical next steps.

Support is available in Arabic and English. In addition to trained counsellors, KAFA can put callers through to lawyers for direct legal inquiries, and social workers are available when urgent social intervention is required for a woman in crisis. The organisation also offers parenting support sessions for mothers whose children are receiving services through KAFA.

Anyone can call and receive free support — we exist to help everyone regardless of age, gender, beliefs, or background.
