Misión: Somos un faro de esperanza y compresión para toda aquella persona que necesita acompañamiento, consuelo y orientación en momentos de soledad y sufrimiento, a través de una línea de escucha accesible, anónima, condencial y gratuita; disponible las 24 horas del día. Visión: Ser un referente confiable en el acompañamiento emocional en América Latina, a través de la escucha activa y la promoción del voluntariado para generar una sociedad más empática donde cada persona pueda sentirse escuchada, comprendida y acogida sin distinción alguna.
