Lifeline provides free and confidential support and information by phone and online chat. We are here for everyone in China who may be experiencing emotional distress related to anxiety, depression, self-harm, or suicidal thoughts. We are dedicated to preventing suicide. If you're contemplating suicide or are concerned about warning signs in someone else, please reach out to us for help. When you contact us, you will talk with one of our friendly and supportive volunteers, who will listen to you with empathy and understanding and work together with you to find a meaningful way forward. Anyone can contact us, regardless of their age, gender, ethnicity, or religious beliefs.
