Ligne Verte 147 Arozaza (Child Helpline)

The 147 freephone line can be called toll-free and is dedicated to reporting, preventing, and protecting children from actual or potential danger. It was created to bring much-needed adjustments and increase in effectiveness and promptness of the responses from services dedicated to children at risk, including those of the Police and social and medical services, especially in emergency situations. National coverage, (accessible to Madagascar as a whole, by any telephone line) and the service, available on a 24/7 basis became centralized and hosted in Antananarivo, at the Urban Commune of Antananarivo.
