Línea 100 es un servicio implementado por el Programa Nacional AURORA, con el propósito de ofrecer atención telefónica gratuita, de manera ininterrumpida y especializado en brindar información, orientación, consejería y soporte emocional a las personas afectadas o involucradas en hechos de violencia física, psicológica sexual y económica o patrimonial y a quienes conozcan sobre algún caso de maltrato en su entorno mediante atención telefónica a nivel nacional. Cuenta con un equipo multidisciplinario de profesionales especializados en atender temas de violencia que, posteriormente serán derivados a los Centros de Emergencia Mujer (CEM), u otras Instituciones que atienden la problemática.
English Translation: Line 100 is a service implemented by the AURORA National Program, with the purpose of offering free, uninterrupted telephone attention and specialised in providing information, orientation, counseling and emotional support to people affected or involved in acts of physical, psychological, sexual violence, and economic or patrimonial and to those who know about a case of abuse in their environment through telephone attention at a national level. It has a multidisciplinary team of professionals specialised in addressing issues of violence that will later be referred to the Women's Emergency Centers (CEM), or other Institutions that address the problem.
