Línea 147 "Tu Vida Importa, Llama Ahora" provides 24/7 free and confidential support and information by phone. We help everyone across Panama. Our free support is available for all mental health issues and we are dedicated to suicide prevention, whether you’re in crisis or simply need someone to talk to. You can contact us about anything you are going through.

When you reach out, you will speak with one of our friendly and supportive counselors, who will collaborate with you to find solutions while offering empathy and understanding. They have expertise in helping people who are facing challenges similar to yours.

Anyone can call and receive free support. We exist to help everyone—regardless of age, gender, beliefs, or ethnicity.
