Line 137 is a free, confidential service available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, for anyone who needs guidance, help, or support in situations of domestic violence, sexual violence, digital violence (including grooming), or other related crimes. Anyone who is a victim, has knowledge of a situation of violence, or is a family member, neighbor, or institution that wants to contribute can contact us. All you need is a device—a landline or cell phone, tablet, or computer—to speak with specialized personnel who can listen to you, advise you, provide emotional support, and provide information on the steps you can take, the legal resources available, and how to access protection or support if you need it. In cases of grooming, there is a confidential form for specific inquiries, allowing us to provide tailored help in situations that require it. This service seeks to protect, prevent, and repair.
