The London Survivors Gateway provides free and confidential support over the phone. We support everyone, adults, youth, the LGBTQ+ community, women, men in London, England who may be struggling or looking for support with sexual abuse. If you need an interpreter we can provide this during your call.

While we are not counsellors, therapists or caseworkers; when you contact us you will talk with one of our trained and supportive workers who will listen to you with empathy and understanding, and work together with you to find a meaningful way forward. They are experienced in knowing how to help people who have challenges like what you are going through. Anyone can contact us, regardless of their age, gender, ethnicity or religious beliefs.
