Mermaids Support Line

Mermaids' support line offers free, confidential and non-judgemental support via phone, email and web chat. We exist to help transgender, non-binary, gender diverse and gender questioning young people, their families and professionals who support them in the United Kingdom. Whatever's on your mind, we're here to listen.

When you reach out to us you will talk with one of our support line team who are experienced in how to support people in your situation. They will listen to you, unpack your story and feelings, and work with you to help you through your challenges. We are here to provide support, information, signposting and can link you into some of our online and face to face groups and events for both young people and families. We are an accessible, welcoming and inclusive service and want to hear from you.
