Mind Sjalvmordslinjen provides 24/7, free and confidential support by phone and online chat. We help everyone in Sweden who may be looking for support with suicide. We are dedicated to preventing suicide. If you are contemplating suicide or wanting to kill yourself, we will listen without judgment and support you. When you contact us you will talk with one of our trained and supportive volunteers who will listen to you with empathy and understanding, and work together with you to find a meaningful way forward. They are experienced in knowing how to help people who have challenges like what you are going through. Anyone can contact us, regardless of their age, gender, ethnicity or religious beliefs. We are ready to support you 24/7, whether it's the middle of the day or the middle of the night.
