NACOA Helpline provides free and confidential support over the phone to children affected by their parent's drinking. This includes children of all ages, many of whose problems only become apparent in adulthood.

When you reach out to us you will talk with one of our friendly and supportive volunteers who will collaborate with you to find solutions while giving you an empathetic and compassionate ear. They have expertise and understanding in how to help people going through difficulties similar to what you are. We support people of all ethnicities, genders, beliefs and ages. We are here for everyone.
