About NADEL – Nacionalna Decija Linija Srbije

NADEL, or the National Child Line, is a telephone counseling service that allows children in Serbia to receive advisory support at any time via a free call to the phone number 116111, if they find themselves in circumstances where their rights are threatened, or in any other situation where they feel the need to talk to a competent and confidential person. The mission of NADEL is to respond to the needs of children, whether they are in a difficult life situation or at risk of abuse and neglect, or in a current problem situation of any kind, and to ensure that their concerns and needs are heard in society. Representing the voices of children in public, NADEL wants children's needs not only to be heard but also taken into account, with the aim of preventing and protecting them from all potential risks to their development and with a vision of creating a better and safer world for all children in Serbia. The philosophy of NADEL is that protection and building resilience in children begins with listening. A large number of children in Serbia live in difficult situations, and many of them have no one to listen to them. NADEL represents a way for their voices to be heard, to draw public attention to them, and to create opportunities to help them.

NADEL, ili Nacionalna linija za djecu, je telefonska savjetodavna služba koja omogućava djeci u Srbiji da u bilo kojem trenutku dobiju savjetodavnu podršku putem besplatnog poziva na broj telefona 116111, ukoliko se nađu u okolnostima u kojima su im prava ugrožena, ili u bilo kojoj drugoj situaciji u kojoj osjećaju potrebu da razgovaraju sa kompetentnom i povjerljivom osobom. Misija NADEL-a je da odgovori na potrebe djece, bilo da se nalaze u teškoj životnoj situaciji ili su u riziku od zlostavljanja i zanemarivanja, ili u trenutnoj problematičnoj situaciji bilo koje vrste, i da osigura da se njihove brige i potrebe čuju u društvu. Zastupajući glasove djece u javnosti, NADEL želi da se potrebe djece ne samo čuju već i uzmu u obzir, s ciljem prevencije i zaštite od svih potencijalnih rizika po njihov razvoj i s vizijom stvaranja boljeg i sigurnijeg svijeta za svu djecu u Srbiji. Filozofija NADEL-a je da zaštita i izgradnja otpornosti kod djece počinje slušanjem. Veliki broj djece u Srbiji živi u teškim situacijama, a mnoga od njih nemaju nikoga da ih sasluša. NADEL predstavlja način da se njihovi glasovi čuju, da se skrene pažnja javnosti na njih i da se stvore prilike da im se pomogne.
