NAMI Santa Clara County Helpline serves as a resource center for anyone seeking mental health-related information or support. Our Helpline team offers compassionate listening and information on a multitude of mental health issues and resources including understanding mental illness, how to obtain treatment, classes and support groups for individuals and family members, information on community resources. When you reach out to us you will talk with one of our trained volunteers who have experience in how to help people with similar experiences to your own. They will listen, express empathy and understanding, and assist you to find a way through your situation. We support people of all ethnicities, genders, beliefs and ages. We are here for everyone.
