About NATICC Care & Support Department

The NATICC Helpline is a service for reporting gender-based violence (GBV) in Eswatini. Callers will incur normal service provider charges when using this helpline. It operates during stipulated working hours and is not available 24/7. For emergencies, please contact the toll-free Royal Eswatini Police Service (REPS) numbers: 999 or 9999, which are active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Always prioritize emergency lines for urgent situations requiring immediate assistance.
