The National Abortion Hotline (NAH), operated by the National Abortion Federation (NAF), is a confidential, toll-free helpline dedicated to supporting anyone seeking information or assistance regarding abortion care in the United States and Canada. Our compassionate, highly trained staff are equipped to provide expert guidance on all aspects of abortion care, including up-to-date information, clinic referrals, logistical support, and case management. We are committed to serving individuals of all backgrounds, offering services in English and Spanish, as well as access to a live, confidential translation service for most other languages to ensure everyone can receive the help they need.

The National Abortion Hotline offers financial assistance for abortion care and related travel costs to eligible patients, determined through a private screening process via our hotline, chat feature, or through NAF member facilities.
