National Center for Digital Sexual Crime Response

The National Center for Digital Sexual Crime Response (NCDSCR) is a specialized division of the Women’s Human Rights Institute of Korea (WHRIK)—a statutory public entity under the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family (MOGEF) of the Republic of Korea. Mandated by law, the NCDSCR serves as the national focal point for survivor-centered support and global cooperation in addressing technology-facilitated gender-based violence (TFGBV).

To combat Digital Sexual Crime, the NCDSCR provides comprehensive assistance, including the removal of non-consensual intimate images (NCII) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM), alongside professional counseling and referrals for investigative assistance, legal aid, and medical support. 중앙디지털성범죄피해자지원센터는 대한민국 성평등가족부 산하 공공기관인 한국여성인권진흥원 내에 설치되어 2018년 4월부터 운영되고 있는 디지털 성범죄 피해자 지원 전문기관입니다. 본 센터는 관련 법령에 따라 디지털 성범죄에 대응하고, 피해자 중심의 보호·지원과 국제 공조를 수행하는 국가적 컨트롤 타워 역할을 담당하고 있습니다.

중앙디지털성범죄피해자지원센터는 디지털 성범죄 피해에 대한 신속한 접수 및 전문 상담, 비동의 유포 성적 촬영물과 아동·청소년 성착취물의 삭제 지원 및 재유포 현황 모니터링을 핵심 과제로 수행하고 있습니다. 또한 피해자의 온전한 일상 회복을 위해 수사, 법률 및 의료지원 연계 등 통합적인 맞춤형 지원 서비스를 제공하고 있습니다.
