Netcare offers 24/7, free, confidential support by phone, text, and chat. We serve all of Franklin County, Ohio, and provide statewide and national 988 text and chat services to those who may be experiencing emotional distress related to anxiety, depression, loneliness, self-harm, stress, substance use, suicide, supporting a friend or family member, trauma & PTSD.

When you reach out to us you will talk with one of our trained counselors who are experienced in how to help people in your situation. They will listen to you, unpack your story and feelings, and work with you to help you through your challenges. We recognize that difficult mental health or crisis experiences can happen anytime, so we are available 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
