The one2one 1190 Hotline has three main objectives. First, it offers reliable, nonjudgmental information on the thematic areas: HIV and other chronic diseases , Gender-Based Violence, Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights, and Mental Health and Climate Change. Second, it supports this by informing the various service points for these aforementioned thematic areas. Third, it supports the referral, follow-up, and uptake of these services needed by as needed by all people.
