Open Hearts Advocates - 24-Hour Crisis Line provides 24/7, free and confidential support over phone. We help everyone in Colorado, United States who may be looking for support with abuse & domestic violence, depression, relationships, sexual abuse, suicide, supporting a friend or family member.

We are dedicated to preventing suicide. If you're contemplating suicide or you're worried about warning signs in someone else, please reach out to us for help.

When you contact us you will talk with one of our trained volunteers who are experienced in how to help people in your situation. They will listen to you, unpack your story and feelings, and work with you to help you through your challenges. Regardless of your age, gender, ethnicity or religious beliefs, we will listen in a supportive and non-judgmental capacity. We recognise that difficult mental health or crisis experiences can happen at any time, so we are available 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
