Listening Center: A free, three-digit (121) national helpline for the protection of children and women, it offers preliminary psycho-social support and counseling to women, men, youth and children who have experienced any form of violence, abuse, or neglect.

The Listening Center offers medical and legal counseling over the phone, in addition to follow-up and referrals to other relevant organizations. A highly trained staff operates the Helpline. They are prepared by professionals to provide preliminary psycho-social counseling and support over the phone, by e-mail, and through chat, using the newest communication technologies.
