PARCS – Sexual and Domestic Abuse Helpline

PARCS Helpline is available to support and listen to any adult in Portsmouth and Southeast Hampshire who has been affected by sexual violence, rape or sexual and/or domestic abuse, whether as a survivor or as a friend/family of a survivor. The service aims to: • Provide emotional and listening support • Help with practical information and guidance • Help with understanding and accessing relevant services and information
