Positive Life Sexual Health Helpline provides free and confidential support by phone. We exist to help people in Northern Ireland who may need emotional support with family, gender & sexual identity, pregnancy & abortion, relationships, and physical illness.

When you reach out to us you will talk with one of our friendly and supportive counselors who will collaborate with you to find solutions while giving you an empathetic and compassionate ear. They have expertise and understanding in how to help people going through difficulties similar to what you are. Anyone can call and receive free support.
