We provide crisis intervention, support and basic social counselling via telephone, chat or e-mail to everyone, regardless of age, gender, region or topic. The only condition is the ability to understand each other in the Czech language. The workplace guarantees its clients anonymity; they do not have to disclose their name or place of residence. Crisis assistance is offered in cases of any acute crisis situation. The current goal is to stabilise the client's condition and reduce the risk of the crisis worsening. The long-term goal is to work out the client's near future and direct them to possible solutions. The service is built mainly on acceptance, safety, support, space and respect, using specific techniques and providing the necessary information as appropriate to find the optimal solution to the current situation. The emphasis is on an individual approach, working with emotions, motivation and activation of the client.

Poskytujeme krizovou intervenci, podporu a základní sociální poradenství prostřednictvím telefonu, chatu nebo e-mailu všem bez rozdílu věku, pohlaví, regionu či řešeného tématu. Jedinou podmínkou je schopnost dorozumět se v českém jazyce. Pracoviště zaručuje svým klientům anonymitu, nemusí sdělovat své jméno, ani místo pobytu. Krizová pomoc je nabízena v případech jakékoli akutní krizové situace. Aktuálním cílem je stabilizace stavu klienta a snížení nebezpečí prohloubení krize. Dlouhodobým cílem je propracování blízké budoucnosti klienta a nasměrování na možnosti řešení. Služba je postavena zejména na přijetí, bezpečí, podpoře, prostoru a respektu, s využitím specifických technik a poskytnutím potřebných informací tak, jak je vhodné pro nalezení optimálního řešení stávající situace. Důraz je kladen na individuální přístup, práci s emocemi, motivaci a aktivizaci klienta.
