Pražská linka důvěry provides crisis intervention, support and basic social counseling via phone, chat or e-mail to everyone, regardless of age, gender, region or topic. The only condition is the ability to communicate in the Czech language.

Poskytujeme krizovou intervenci, podporu a základní sociální poradenství prostřednictvím telefonu, chatu nebo e-mailu všem bez rozdílu věku, pohlaví, regionu či řešeného tématu. Jedinou podmínkou je schopnost dorozumět se v českém jazyce.

Služby jsou poskytovány bezplatně, klient hradí pouze poplatek svému operátorovi dle tarifu, který využívá pro spojení s „pevnou linkou". Helpline service is free of charge, the client only pay the fee to his phone operator depending on the tarif he or she uses for calling. Telephone helpline is nonstop. Klient hradí pouze poplatek za internetové připojení. Provozní doba chatu Pondělí až Čtvrtek 9:00 až 21:00; Pátek 9:00 až 15:00; Sobota 14:00 až 20:00; Neděle není. Client only pay the fee for internet connection. The chat helpline is open Monday to Thursday 9:00 - 21:00, Friday 9:00 - 15:00 and Saturday 14:00 - 20:00.
