Project Sleep's Sleep Helpline is a free, national helpline providing individualized resources and support for people with sleep issues or sleep disorders. Anyone impacted by sleep concerns can access our helpline, including those caring for someone with sleep issues. Resource specialists are available to take calls Monday through Friday (8a-3p CT) and we can be emailed 24/7 (helpline@project-sleep.com) or via the webform found on our website.
