Our Helpline and Email Support Service offers listening support to women and girls who have experienced any form of sexual violence at any time in their lives. The service is free and confidential. Whether you call or email, you are in control. You can choose whether to share who you are. We will not know your phone number or email address unless you tell us. We are an independent charity. We are separate from the Police, Social Services and other statutory bodies. We are here for you. Our Helpline & Email Support service can provide listening support and information, the services are available to all women and girls who have experienced sexual violence including those accessing our face-to-face services and people on the waiting list.
