RightLines UK is a nationwide service dedicated to supporting young people aged 13 to 35 who are currently self-harming or feel the urge to do so. Our mission is to help individuals develop understanding, strength, and facilitate positive change in their lives.

Services Offered: Messaging Service: Users can write to us about any topic using a free, confidential, and anonymous personal account. We aim to reply within 24 hours, and individuals can use this service for as long as needed. Webchat: Available Monday to Friday from 4 PM to 10 PM, our webchat provides instant messaging support. Chat2TAV: Accessible at any time of the day or night, Chat2TAV offers a range of distraction ideas to help manage urges to self-harm. Our team comprises registered social workers, nationally qualified youth workers, counsellors, and therapists who are passionate about working with young people. We operate at the individual's pace, providing support for as long as it is beneficial.
