Rise Helpline provides free and confidential support and information by phone. We support everyone in East Sussex, England who may require support with abuse & domestic violence.

When you contact us you will talk with one our friendly and supportive volunteers who will collaborate with you to find solutions while giving you an empathetic and compassionate ear. They have expertise and understanding in how to help people going through difficulties similar to what you are. We support people of all ethnicities, genders, beliefs and ages. We are here for everyone.
